Burning Ritual
For the most beautiful burn, trim each wick to approximately ¼ inch before lighting. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface to help prevent tunneling and encourage an even burn throughout the life of your candle.
Enjoy your candle for 2–4 hours at a time, never exceeding four hours. Allow the wax to cool completely before trimming the wicks and lighting again. When approximately ½ inch of wax remains, it is time to discontinue use.
Always burn your candle within sight, away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

What is the return policy?
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident with every Minerva Lori purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality-control purposes, we cannot accept returns on opened or burned candles, used or partially used products, custom or personalized orders, opened gift sets, Final Sale items, or gift cards.
50% Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This helps cover product inspection, handling, replacement packaging, and the loss of resale value associated with fragrance-sensitive products.
The restocking fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@minervalori.com.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 50% restocking fee when applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days after your refund is processed for it to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different scent, you may return an eligible item according to this policy and place a new order for your preferred scent.
